In-Person Program

Join Tom Kolsky for an examination of and discussion about Antisemitism, the hostility, discrimination, and prejudice against Jews.  The focus will be on the religious, social, and political forces surrounding its origins, outbursts, and spread during periods of societal stress and upheaval.  An attempt will also be made to explore the recent Israel-Gaza war and its relevance to the issues related to Antisemitism.

In conformity with the goals of Dialogue without Frontiers, the purpose of the event is to promote an open, civil, and constructive discussion of important issues of public interest at a time of growing polarization.  Through an honest dialogue, the program is intended to shed the light of better understanding of events surrounding the Israel-Hamas War.

About the Presenter: MCCC Professor Emeritus of History and Political Science Dr. Thomas Kolsky. He earned his Ph.D. in History from George Washington University. From 1987 -2015, he hosted Issues And Insights, a campus interview/talk show and a lecture series program that was designed to expose the college and community to matters of public interests. A political maverick, he advocates peace, intellectual freedom, religious pluralism and market economy with a human face.
