Virtual Presentation

Join us to learn about Philadelphia's Magic Gardens, an art environment and museum completed over 30 years by one artist.  Hear about the history of the site and its creator Isaiah Zagar, as well as the many themes found throughout the space, including other art environments, international folk art, and the history of the South Street area of Philadelphia.

About the presenter:  Olivia Edlund is the Education and Outreach Manager at Philadelphia's Magic Gardens (PMG).  She began working at PMG in 2009 and has held her current position since 2012.  Edlund directs PMG’s guided tour programs, PECO Family Jams workshops, various outreach and site specific art-making activities, and interpretation throughout the museum.
