About the Presenter: Janine Paillard is a licensed REALTOR® with over 12 years experience helping Buyers, Sellers, Investors and Renters.  Although the Buying process can be stressful, it should be an enjoyable time too.  She's an Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®), and will make the process easier.  She loves buying houses so much that she owns several as investments.  As a Selling Residential Specialist (SRS®), Janine can assist in preparing your property for market.
